No, we are happy to ship flowers all over the contingent US.

Yes! We are happy to make as many or as few of the pieces for you that you desire.

We suggest you think about the following questions:

• Do you have a specific vision in mind or are you flexible?
• Do you (or others willing to help) have time 1-2 days before your event to prepare and create your florals?
• Do you have the ability to transport flowers to your event location?
• Think about your budget and what design pieces are most important to you!

Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We can promise to make every effort to keep the "look and feel" of your vision through consideration of the overall shape, size, colors, and style.

We work with all major credit card payment options.

You may "save the date" as soon as you decide you would like to work with us! For orders/events without a "save the date," we will send you a partial deposit invoice 3 months in advance and the remaining balance, two weeks before your event date.

Our "save the date" is non-refundable. Any deposit made before cancellation is non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of your event, we will charge your credit card for the full amount. We place orders for your event weeks in advance and appreciate your understanding that we cannot "return" flowers.

After receiving your inquiry, we will pair you with a designer that will collect all needed information about your floral vision and determine if you are DIY or full service. We will provide pricing for different packages for you to choose from.

Once your date is saved with us, we will periodically check in with you to ensure your vision has not changed and your perfect final result is achieved.
